Aquatics Fitness and Wellness Intramural Programs Climbing Wall

UMSL Campus Recreation operates out of the Recreation and Wellness Center. We offer much more than just a place to exercise. We are dedicated to utilizing the Recreation and Wellness Center to provide a spot for all members to stay, play, and connect on the UMSL Campus. Our goal is to provide an inclusive and comprehensive set of programs and services that cater to the needs of the UMSL community. Our offerings focus on promoting health, wellness, recreation, and fun. Everyone is encouraged to participate and join the fun!

Stay, Play, Connect - We aim to provide opportunities for the UMSL community to stay, play, and connect on campus. 
Objectives
Campus Recreation has four main objectives which serve as a roadmap to support the mission:
  1. To provide recreational offerings in a clean and safe environment that enhances physical well-being for individuals of all abilities.

  2. To improve emotional well-being by fostering self-worth, confidence, and diverse expression.

  3. To support mental well-being through experiential learning.

  4. To encourage social well-being through community interaction.

Announcements:

RWC Summer Hours of Operation will begin on Monday, May 16. Please check our Facilty Building Hours Page for the updated schedule. 

The UMSL RWC gym courts are tentatively set to be closed Monday, May 23rd to Monday, June 6th , 2016 for floor resurfacing. Dust/debris and strong odors may accompany this work.

The RWC will have shortened hours of operation on Monday, May 30 for Memorial Day - 10:00am-7:00pm.
