UMSL Campus Recreation operates out of the Recreation and Wellness Center. We offer much more than just a place to exercise. We are dedicated to utilizing the Recreation and Wellness Center to provide a spot for all members to stay, play, and connect on the UMSL Campus. Our goal is to provide an inclusive and comprehensive set of programs and services that cater to the needs of the UMSL community. Our offerings focus on promoting health, wellness, recreation, and fun. Everyone is encouraged to participate and join the fun!

Stay, Play, Connect - We aim to provide opportunities for the UMSL community to stay, play, and connect on campus.
Campus Recreation has four main objectives which serve as a roadmap to support the mission:
To provide recreational offerings in a clean and safe environment that enhances physical well-being for individuals of all abilities.
To improve emotional well-being by fostering self-worth, confidence, and diverse expression.
To support mental well-being through experiential learning.
To encourage social well-being through community interaction.
The RWC Guest Parking Lot will be closed Tuesday, April 26 - Friday, April 29 for Mirth Week Festivities. Members can park on the top level of the Parking Garages during this time.
Studio 1 will be closed April 26-28 from 11:00am-2:30pm for an event.
The RWC will close at 6:00pm on Thursday, May 5th for Student Staff Development. Group Fitness Classes scheduled after closure will be canceled, as well as the Tai Chi Class. Please plan your workout accordingly.
