What is a customized training session?
A Customized Training Program is a collaborative engagement between your organization and the Advanced Workforce Center.
We work directly with your leadership, HR, and subject-matter stakeholders to design training that reflects:

- Your preferred delivery format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
- Your timelines, cohorts, and budget constraints
Programs may include technical training, leadership development, certifications, bootcamps, or blended learning pathways—delivered by experienced instructors and backed by UMSL’s Tier 1 research institution expertise.
