Linda Wells-Glover is a Teaching Professor at the University of Missouri-St. Louis School of Social Work. Professor Wells-Glover graduated from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University, with an M.S.W. and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Linda’s professional interests include diversity training, adoption and foster care, as well as supporting movements towards creating a socially just world. Professor Wells-Glover has been a member of the UMSL Social Work faculty for over 20 years, where she teaches both the graduate and undergraduate diversity courses, introduction to practice with individuals, as well as the introductory social work classes. Linda uses her skills as a trained diversity facilitator, to offer students an educational experience that is engaging, experiential, and compassionate. Professor Wells-Glover has received the St. Louis American Excellence in Education Award, the Chancellors Award for Excellence by a Non-Tenure Track Faculty Member, and the UMSL Legendary Triton Award.
