Trecia Davis

Trecia Davis received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, her Master of Social Work, and her Post-Master’s Certification in Parenting, and Family Strengthening Techniques from Washington University in St. Louis. Trecia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist™ with extensive experience in clinical practice, higher education teaching, and student mentorship. Her professional background includes more than 10 years of post-master’s social work experience across school-based, community mental health, and family-centered service settings. Exploring entrepreneurial pursuits with the start of Equal Shares Parenting and Super Social Workers has also allowed Trecia to continue to build her network in the community which offers added value to her role as the Assistant Director of Field Education.

Trecia has taught undergraduate social work courses at Fontbonne University, including Counseling and School Social Work in School Settings, Generalist Social Work, Program Evaluation, as well as a number of guest-lecturer opportunities at Universities like the University of Arkansas. Her teaching emphasizes reflective learning, critical thinking, and the application of social work values in real-world settings.
