UMSLRA supports the educational programs of the University of Missouri–St. Louis and promotes the welfare of its retired staff and faculty. We strive to enhance the image of UMSL in the local and state communities.

Invitation to the Annual Holiday Luncheon and Annual Spring Business Meeting
Access to events and programs of the UMSL Retirees' Association
10% discount at the University Triton Store in the Millennium Student Center
Up to 25% discount on tickets to events at the Touhill Performing Arts Center
Admission to the Department of Recreational Sports classes at the active faculty/staff rate
Admission to the UMSL Recreation and Wellness Center at the active faculty/staff rate
Free campus parking permit, available 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Office of Parking and Transportation, 44 Campus Police Building

Eligible for Retiree of the Year Award
UMSL Library privileges, including in-building book check-out or using MOBIS to request and check out books from member libraries. Due to licensing agreements, no remote access to journal databases and ebooks. Emeritus Faculty do have all of the privileges of an active employee.

Support

UMSLRA leaders meet regularly with UM system and UMSL administration regarding retirees' interests, needs, and concerns. UMSLRA also works with other UM campus retiree associations to collaborate and support all retirees' concerns.

Membership

Membership is open to UMSL retirees and their spouses/partners or surviving spouses/partners. Retirees from other universities or colleges and/or their spouses/partners may join as non-voting associate members with board approval.
