Welcome Event
Fellows will learn more about the goals of the CCF Program and meet with their Cohort members. Fellows will engage in activities to build relationships, foster community, and identify shared goals.

Collaborative Leadership and Economic Mobility Workshops
Sessions will be held in-person on Fridays from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM on the following dates. Sessions will be held at Delmar DivINe.

Experiential Learning Trip
Fellows in the Year 2 Cohort with be traveling to Baltimore, MD
- November 4 - 6, 2026
- October 30, from Noon - 1:00 PM (Pre-Learning Trip Zoom Call)
Economic Mobility Initiative
This phase of the program will begin with a Strategic Doing work session to support Fellows in the vision and direction of their Economic Mobility Initiative.

- Please let members of your Civic Network know that they will be invited to this work session and suggest they place a hold on their calendar.
Fellows will have a monthly in-person session with cohort members from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM on the following dates:
- February 2027 - September 2027
- February 5
- March 5
- April 2
- May 7
- June 4
- July 9
- August 6
- September 3
Additionally, Fellows will organize meetings with their working groups formed during the Strategic Doing work session at a minimum of once per month. Dates and times for activities and actions will be determined based on the Economic Mobility Initiative.
Graduation
Fellows will present their Economic Mobility Initiative project to the community.
