Harry serves as the Director of the TRIO SSS program, joining the team in October of 2023. Harry has worked on the UMSL campus for over 20 years, serving in advising and leadership roles in Nursing, Athletics, and General Advising offices. He is a former TRIO student himself as a part of the McNair Program at Truman State University. As a first-generation college graduate, Harry is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, bringing that passion to his work in higher education.  He is a member of the Council for Opportunity in Education, the Education Opportunity Association, & the St. Charles County NAACP.

Taylor Jones joined the TRIO Student Support Services team in 2022 and serves as a TRIO Success Coach. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Journalism and obtained a Master of Art Degree in Higher Education Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a member of the Council for Opportunity in Education, Education Opportunity Association, St. Louis Graduates and certified in Mental Health First Aid. She brings an expertise in coordination and implementation of retention-directed activities and events, student programming and recruitment, transfer planning, and community engagement. Taylor has a zealous commitment to students gaining access to higher education and continued support throughout their academic journey.

If you enjoy talking about careers, goals and empowerment, Ms. Logan is the person you want to meet. With more than a decade of experience in education, she brings expertise, compassion and a commitment to helping students find their voice and their path. A first-generation college graduate, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Harris-Stowe State University and her master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. She is currently a candidate in the CASHÉD doctoral cohort, pursuing her Doctor of Education with a focus on student access and success.

Her specialties include student success coaching, first-generation support, career development, empowerment-based advising and leadership development. She also serves as one of the head coaches for UMSL’s Siren Squad Cheer and Dance Team and is an active member of UMSL’s We Empower Network. Additionally, she is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, the National Council of Negro Women Incorporated and the Educational Opportunity Association.

Outside of work, Ms. Logan enjoys performing on stage as an R&B artist, serving in the community, and spending time with family and friends.

Pamela Dickens serves as the office support assistant for TRIO Student Support Services, joining the team in April of 2024. Pamela is enthusiastic about being a part of a team that is supporting students in achieving their academic goals! She enjoys spending time with family/friends, reading, listening to music, and hopes to travel more.
