iMentor & INSPIRE Mentoring Programs
Student Outreach and Support offers mentoring services that are free to students. There are currently two mentoring components for students which consist of peer-to-peer and faculty/staff-to-student mentoring programs. iMentor services are offered to assist students with transitioning and connecting to UMSL by connecting them to a peer mentor, while also allowing students to build strong support systems to assist them with having a successful academic year. We also offer our Inspire Mentor program which allows UMSL faculty and staff to mentor undergraduate and graduate students as they prepare for life after graduation.
We Empower Network (WEN)
The We Empower Network (WEN) is a student organization dedicated to building community, creating connections, and empowering students at UMSL. WEN welcomes all students and provides opportunities to meet new people, participate in engaging programs and discussions, develop leadership skills, and connect with others across campus.
