12th Annual IB Career Conference Postponed until Fall 2020

After consultation with the campus’ Executive Policy Group and careful consideration of the health and safety of our students, participants, and our industry partners, the International Business Career Conference organizing committee at University of Missouri-St. Louis has decided to postpone the IBCC 2020 (3/13/2020) until the fall semester. With the increased concerns about the COVID-19 virus, we feel this is the best way to proceed during this challenging situation.

We are extremely disappointed to not be able to hold this event. The organizing committee, particularly the students and volunteers, have worked so hard and our speakers have made huge commitments. But this is the right decision given the information we have at the moment.

As a public research university, we have to make this difficult decision to proactively support the health, safety and well-being of our community. We are exploring and will reschedule IBCC and will be reaching out soon with more concrete details. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope you will join us in the fall.

This conference is an ideal mix of learning and networking opportunities. Participants will be able to interact with organization executives, career professionals, and academic leaders who will address the concerns of today's students preparing to enter the international business workforce.

The schedule will include a keynote speech, workshops, and a panel discussion all of which are led by business executives and career professionals who are experts in their field.
