The Local Government Management emphasis prepares students for careers in public sector administration in a wide range of management functions. Our alumni are employed in public sector management positions including – city management, county management, land use and planning, public works, parks and recreation, community development, metropolitan planning organizations, economic development organizations, state and federal agencies, and elected office.
