David is the City Manager for the City of Clayton, Missouri. Prior to joining Clayton in February of 2020, he served as City Administrator in the City of Wentzville. David also served the City of Richmond Heights from 2012-2015 as the Assistant City Manager. Before his career shifted into city management, David was a city planner. He worked for the City of St. Charles from 2004-2012 as both a City Planner and as the Planning Manager.
David earned a Master in Public Policy Administration degree from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning from Missouri State University. He is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration.
