Requesting Projects on the UMSL Campus
If you have a project request related to campus facilities, infrastructure, or improvements, UMSL Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) is here to help guide you through the process.
To submit a project request, please provide detailed information about your needs, including the scope, location, timeline, and any specific requirements or goals. This helps the PDC team assess feasibility, budget, and scheduling to deliver a successful outcome.
Our team works closely with campus departments and stakeholders to ensure projects align with UMSL’s strategic goals, campus master plan, and sustainability standards.

Contact the Planning, Design, & Construction office directly at UMSL, Facilities Planning for assistance or questions
Once your request is submitted, a PDC representative will review the details and follow up with you to discuss next steps.
We encourage all campus members to submit project requests early to help facilitate planning and timely completion.
If you need to request additional space or changes to how you're using your existing space, please use the Space Request Forms. If you need to request a maintenance service for repairs or a simple office/space refresh, please report the problem using our work order system
