UMSL Construction Operations oversees the physical implementation of facility designs and manages the repair, renovation, and expansion of campus buildings and infrastructure.
This unit leads and coordinates all construction-phase activities, working closely with UMSL’s in-house construction trades, external contractors, and consultants. Construction Operations ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project specifications, timelines, and university standards.
