UMSL Distinguished Alumni Awards

The UMSL Alumni Association has awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award to alumni who have achieved distinction in their career, community service or both. Selection is based on the nominee's overall accomplishments and contributions. The Distinguished Alumni Award exemplifies the success of UM-St. Louis alumni in the community, the state and the nation.

Since its inception in 1987, 92 alumni have received this prestigious recognition. On June 13, 2001 the Alumni Association dedicated the UMSL Alumni Wall in the Millennium Student Center. The Wall contains the names, etc., of all the recipients of the Distinguished Alumni Award as well as the names of all the Presidents of the Alumni Association
