As the Manager of Nuclear Operations, Josh Copeland is responsible for setting and enforcing the standards and expectations for over 115 personnel in the operations department. He has also served as a Shift Manager, which is the senior license holder at a nuclear facility who has the highest level of authority (per Federal and State Regulations) to make decisions necessary to assure the safe, legal, and efficient operation of the nuclear reactor. Josh holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and an MBA. Josh lives in Columbia, Missouri, and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing sports, and traveling.
