To submit an online reservation request for our services, please select the appropriate link below. Otherwise, you may submit an electronic PDF version by downloading the form, filling it out, and mailing or faxing it back.
Please note that submitting an online reservation does not complete your request. Your request must be processed and then confirmed by the Coordinator. Confirmations are sent either formally or via email communication. Requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Confirmations are then sent out 3-5 business days of the original request.
*All housing requests made within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to a $10 per night rate increase.
*The deadline for booking a non-University sponsored event is no later than 60 days prior to the event date. This is due to the turnaround time with the required event insurance and facilities agreement and unfortunately there are no exceptions to this required insurance or the turnaround time.
