Mission Statement

The Office of the Registrar and Records is dedicated to supporting the goals of the University by providing a welcoming and positive environment that respects diversity, promotes communication, and fosters partnerships. Our mission is to facilitate the educational process by providing quality, timely and courteous service to students, faculty, staff, alumni and the public.

Services include processes related to academic records, enrollment data, academic certification and classroom support, while upholding the institution’s academic policies and adhering to state and federal regulations.  We will accomplish this mission by striving towards excellence in everything we do, and challenge ourselves to be as efficient and effective as possible.  We are committed to our role in providing a partnership with students for a successful student experience.

Important Advising Note

All new degree-seeking students must see an advisor before registering for classes. Your advisor will give you a copy of your degree audit (DARS) report.

To receive an updated copy of your degree audit report, your "roadmap" toward a degree, you are strongly encouraged to continue to meet with an advisor prior to each registration. This reduces the risk of completing unnecessary coursework.
