Richard I. Goldbaum
RICHARD I. GOLDBAUM, Ph.D., is the founder and principal of Transitions in Leadership LLC, a St. Louis–based consulting firm that provides services for planning and implementing leadership and organizational change for nonprofit organizations. TIL is the only firm in the St. Louis area that focuses primarily on leadership enhancement and change. Dr. Goldbaum has more than 40 years’ experience working with nonprofit organizations, including more than 25 years as an executive director. He received his doctorate from Saint Louis University in 1972 and has been consulting with nonprofit organizations across the country since 1997. The recipient of numerous awards, Dr. Goldbaum is a frequently requested speaker on leadership transition, nonprofit management, visioning and planning, and board-staff relationships. He has served as an adjunct instructor for the Nonprofit Management & Leadership Program.
