Charles Gasper
Charles Gasper is the Director of Evaluation for the Missouri Foundation for Health, the third largest health conversion foundation in the United States. In his role at the Foundation, he oversees external contracts and conducts evaluations of the Foundation’s initiatives. Over his 17 years of experience, he has served as an evaluator in the education, health care delivery, and mental health settings and is currently the Co-chair of the American Evaluation Association’s Nonprofits and Foundations topic interest group
