The President’s Cabinet
The President’s Cabinet is the operational leadership team of the Student Government Association. Appointed by the SGA President, the Cabinet supports the execution of key initiatives, manages communications, and ensures that student priorities are turned into action.
While the Student Assembly focuses on legislation and representation, the Cabinet focuses on implementation, coordination, and impact.

Chief of Staff
Carson Howe
Oversees the internal operations of SGA and ensures the effective coordination of executive initiatives. Manages project timelines, supports strategic planning, and works closely with Cabinet members to maintain alignment across all areas of SGA. Plays a key role in driving accountability, efficiency, and execution within the organization.
Press Secretary
Position Currently Being Filled
Leads SGA’s communications strategy and public messaging to ensure transparency, consistency, and engagement with the student body. Oversees content across platforms, manages official announcements, and works to amplify student voices and SGA initiatives. Plays a central role in shaping how SGA connects with and informs the campus community.
Director of Sustainability
Position Currently Being Filled
Supports the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of SGA by maintaining continuity, documentation, and organizational systems. Helps ensure initiatives, processes, and institutional knowledge are preserved and carried forward across administrations.
Senate Advising Coordinator
Position Currently Being Filled
Serves as the primary liaison between the Executive Branch and the Student Assembly. Supports communication and coordination while respecting the Speaker’s leadership of the Assembly. Helps align executive priorities with legislative efforts and maintain collaboration across SGA.
Director of Auxiliaries
Position Currently Being Filled
Serves as the liaison between SGA and auxiliary campus services, including dining, retail, and other student-facing operations. Works to improve service quality, affordability, and overall student experience by gathering feedback and advocating for student needs.
