What are the most effective tools to improve a community or a neighborhood?

Since 2002, we’ve had the good fortune of working with a skilled group of community leaders as part of the Neighborhood Leadership Academy (NLA). Their involvement and experiences have helped us define and fine-tune techniques that produce results in a wide range of neighborhood settings. Our goal, with this Community Toolkit, is to share some of the “tricks of the trade” that can lead to more effective meetings, the implementation of community plans or the creation of stronger organizations. If you’re involved in a community-based organization, there is something in this toolkit that will work for you.

To download the Neighborhood Leadership Academy Community Toolkit, you will be asked to provide your name and email address and your organization or neighborhood’s name. This information will be used for evaluation purposes only and will not be shared with any third parties. The download is free.
