UMSL Maintenance operates and maintains the built environment and its systems on campus.
This includes the care of buildings and the mechanical, electrical, and utility distribution systems. UMSL Maintenance performs related services for these built features, engages in preventive upkeep measures, estimates the work to be performed by paint and wood shops, and communicates with campus users on the status of their work order requests.
A wide variety of skills in air conditioning, heating, carpentry, electricity and electronics, glazing, masonry, metalworking, painting, plumbing, roofing, and ventilation are available for departmental facilities and projects.
