Each year, the accounting faculty has the opportunity to award a number of scholarships specifically designated for accounting students. The majority of these scholarships are awarded during the first half of the summer and are for the upcoming Fall/Spring academic year. Note that for two Accounting scholarships, additional information must be provided. Specifically, the Kathleen Ann Arant Memorial Scholarship requires a brief essay and the Donna Denner Free Scholarship requires that two Yes/No questions about activities be answered.
To be considered for these accounting scholarships, a student must fill out the general scholarship application available through Financial Aid in February or March. Please read the instructions, complete the application, and submit.
The Accounting Scholarships Committee will review applications and make recommendations to the faculty. Recipients will be notified around June 30.
