Affiliated with University of Missouri-St. Louis since 2009, the Center for Excellence in Financial Counseling works to bring academic research and evidence-based practices to the front line of financial counseling. Our purpose is to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate high quality, effective financial counseling programs.
