Advanced Leaders Program
Advanced
Leaders is a special topics seminar
course that offers students the unique opportunity to explore, discuss, and
analyze various professional fields directed by executive officials from
different companies, corporations, industries, public service, sports and
entertainment, as well as the art community throughout the St. Louis
metropolitan region. The Advance Leaders Program concentrates on the 21 Laws of
Leadership, and features guest lecturers currently practicing in the
field. The program introduces information that a rising leader should possess
and considers what those in executive leadership positions should know when
planning to choose a career path. The program provides for visits to various
city facilities, exposure to different philosophies and styles of leadership,
and helps participants become more comfortable with the transition from the
classroom to the boardroom. Advanced Leaders takes place during the fall
semester.
