- Invention Disclosure (UM 16C) - Designed for the reporting of inventions that have reached a stage of development that will allow for patenting and marketing activity.
- Plant Variety Disclosure Form (UM 16D) - Designed for the reporting of seed and plant varieties that qualify for Plant Variety Protection Certification
Material Transfer Agreement (MTA)
Agreement for Transfer of Biological Material (University provides material).
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- MUTUAL NDA - Use when information is to be disclosed by BOTH parties.
- ONE-WAY NDA – Use when University is to DISCLOSE information to another party.
- ONE-WAY NDA – Use when University is to RECEIVE information from another party.
