Scanning Probe Microscopy

Digital Nanoscope III is an ambient scanning probe microscope with various imaging modes (contact, lateral force, tapping and tunneling) in gas or liquid environments.The microscope is located in an extremely low vibration environment.This microscope can provide wide view, high vertical resolution (~ 0.1 nm) digital images of various types of sample surfaces.
