The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)

Leadership Development and Goal-Setting Honor Society

The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is an honor society for students specifically looking to enhance their leadership skills. NSLS was established in 2001 and has grown rapidly, with over 1.5 million student members and chapters in all 50 states. NSLS requires joined members to complete a leadership training course to be officially inducted.

Requirements for this organization include:

  • To have earned a 3.2 GPA in the prior semester.
  • To be inducted into the UMSL NSLS chapter, you must pay the one-time membership fee and complete the NSLS Leadership Training Course.

If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please look for an invitational email to join the National Society of Leadership and Success National, which are sent in the Fall and Spring Semesters. You may also contact the Staff Advisor, Elijah McCoy, at emccoy@umsl.edu.
