First-Year College Students Honor Society
Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD) was founded in 1924 to recognize the high academic achievement of first-year college students and is present on over 280 campuses across the U.S.
Requirements for this organization include:
- To have earned a 3.5 GPA or higher in the first term.
- Be a current full-time undergraduate student.
- Be a first-time college student at UMSL.
Alpha Lambda Delta was chartered at UMSL in Spring 2018.
If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please look for an invitational email to join the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society in the Spring semester of your first full year at UMSL. You may also contact the Staff Advisor, Elijah McCoy, at emccoy@umsl.edu.
