September 6, 2026 - Report # 26-0259 – 8:55 a.m. Occurred on September 6, 2026, between 8:55 a.m. and 9:16 a.m. INFORMATIONAL REPORT/TRESPASSING-RESEARCH BUILDING. While conducting foot patrols of the building, an UMSL Police Officer located a student who was in the building when it was closed. This is the second encounter with this same student who was in a building after hours with no educational purpose. The student was escorted out of the building and off campus. This matter will be referred to the CARE team and Student Affairs for policy violations. Disposition: Inactive.

A student wanted to advise an officer that they are the subject of rumors. There was no crime committed, and they only wanted to document the incidents. Disposition: Inactive.
