June 25, 2026 – Report # 26-0203 – ERROR IN THE SYSTEM-REPORT DRAWN IN ERROR
June 25, 2026 - Report # 26-0204 – 2:30 p.m. Occurred on June 25, 2026, between 2:25 p.m. and 2:57 p.m. 911/ELEVATOR ENTRAPMENT. A staff member and several visitors were trapped on the elevator when it stopped working. The UMSL Police along with the maintenance department responded to the scene. The maintenance department was able to free the people from the elevator. There were no injuries. Disposition: Inactive.
June 25, 2026 - Report # 26-0205 – 5:43 p.m. Occurred on June 25, 2026, between 5:00 p.m. and 6:33 p.m. TRESPASSING-WARD BARNES BUILDING. A staff member reported seeing a person in the building that had no educational purpose to be in the building and was not a student with UMSL. The UMSL Police located the person and escorted them out of the building and documented the encounter with a Field Interview Report. This matter will be referred to the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Compliance for the issuance of a trespass notice. Disposition: Inactive.
