May 23, 2026 – Report # 26-0171 – 8:52 p.m. Occurred on May 23, 2026, between 8:52 p.m. and 8:53 p.m. RECKLESS DRIVING-UNIVERSITY MEADOWS APARTMENTS. A resident reported that a vehicle was being driven in a reckless manner, and the occupants were hanging out the windows yelling at people. The UMSL Police could not identify the vehicle or driver. Disposition: Inactive.
