May 18, 2026 – Report # 26-0164 – 11:26 a.m. Occurred on May 17, 2026, between 12:26 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT-MARK TWAIN GYMNASIUM. When the graduation ended a loud verbal disturbance broke out between many attendees. The UMSL Police requested assistance from the security officers working on the event and the Normandy Police Department. The situation eventually ended as the crowd dispersed. There was no victim to any crime. Disposition: Inactive.
May 18, 2026 – Report # 26-0165 – 11:08 a.m. Occurred on May 18, 2026, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:12 p.m. FOUND PROPERTY-SOCIAL SCIENCE BUILDING. The UMSL Police were called about a possible homeless person in the building. While foot patrolling in the building a UMSL Police Officer located several bags with personal items in them that belonged to a non-affiliated homeless person the police were familiar with. The person was not located, however the property was gathered and brought to the police station to await the owner. Disposition: Inactive.
