May 5, 2026 – Report # 26-0144 – 11:38 a.m. Occurred on May 5, 2026, between 11:38 a.m. and 12:07 p.m. FOUND PROPERTY-WARD E. BARNES BUILDING. A student worker found a debit card on the front desk and gave it to the UMSL Police. The Debit Card company advised that they could not determine who the owner of the card is, and they would cancel the card in the system and authorize the destruction of the card. The card was shredded. Disposition: Inactive.

May 5, 2026 - Report # 26-0145 – 11:50 a.m. Occurred on May 5, 2026, between 11:50 a.m. and 12:12 p.m. SICK CASE-KATHY J. WEINMAN. An officer from another jurisdiction had conveyed a non-affiliated juvenile to this location for a forensic interview and during the interview, information was gathered about old self injuries and requested an ambulance for transport to the hospital. The UMSL Police along with an ambulance responded, and the juvenile was transported to the hospital for treatment. Disposition: Inactive.

May 5, 2026 - Report # 26-0146- 11:23 a.m. Occurred on May 5, 2026, between 11:15 a.m. and 11:37 p.m. KEEP THE PEACE-KATHY J. Weinman. The staff called to report that after a forensic interview, the non-affiliated juvenile was arguing and refusing to leave with the case worker. The UMSL Police responded, and peace was restored, and the case worker and the juvenile left the area voluntarily. Disposition: Inactive.

May 5, 2026 – Report # 26-0147 – 2:13 p.m. Occurred on May 5, 2026, between 2:00 p.m. and 2:13 p.m. FOUND PROPERTY-MILLENNIUM STUDENT CENTER. A wallet belonging to a student was found and turned over to the UMSL Police. The police department was able to locate the owner, and the item was returned to them. Disposition: Inactive.
