May 1, 2026 – Report # 26-0138 – 5:12 p.m. Occurred on May 1, 2026, between 5:12 p.m. and 5:51 p.m. TRESPASSING-WILLIAM CLAY CENTER FOR NANOSCIENCE. A non-affiliated person who is on the UMSL No Trespass List was on campus inside the building. The person was arrested for trespassing and once they were processed at the UMSL Police Department, they were taken to St. Louis County Jail. Warrants will be applied for later. Disposition: Cleared by Arrest.
May 1, 2026 - Report # 26-0139 – 5:46 p.m. Occurred on May 1, 2026, between 5:46 p.m. and 6:24 p.m. UNIVERSITY POLICY VIOLATION-TOUHILL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER. A staff member reported observing a patron concealing a firearm in their waistband. The UMSL Police responded and contacted the person who was unaware of the universities policy, prohibiting firearms in the buildings. The person agreed to store their firearm in their vehicle and was then allowed to continue their visit to the event. Disposition: Inactive.
