April 6, 2026 – Report # 26-0104 – 6:33 a.m. Occurred on April 6, 2026, between 6:33 a.m. and 9:25 a.m. BURGLARY/PROPERTY DAMAGE/STEALING-REGIONAL CENTER FOR EDUCATION AND WORK. A UMSL maintenance worker noticed a suspicious person on the roof and called the police. The UMSL Police arrived and located the suspect who was stealing copper from the roof. The suspect was arrested and transported to jail. Warrants will be applied for at St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Disposition: Cleared by Arrest.
April 6, 2026 – Report # 26-0105 - 2:39 p.m. Occurred on April 6, 2026, between 2:39 p.m. and 2:41 p.m. FOUND PROPERTY-METROLINK NORTH PLATFORM. A patron found some keys on the Metrolink and turned them in to the UMSL Police Department. The owner is unknown, and the keys are being held for safekeeping. Disposition: Inactive.

April 6, 2026 – Report # 26-0107 – 9:39 p.m. Occurred on April 6, 2026, between 9:39 p.m. and 9:40 p.m. LOST ARTICLE-MARILLAC HALL. A staff member reported losing their office and car keys and air pods sometime during the day. Disposition: Active.
