February 19, 2026 – Report # 26-046 – 3:37 a.m. Occurred on February 19, 2026, between 3:37 a.m. and 3:40 a.m. AUTO ACCIDENT-SOUTH CAMPUS. A two-vehicle accident occurred when an UMSL Police Department vehicle was struck by another police agencies vehicle. There were no injuries and only minor damage. Disposition: Inactive.
February 19, 2026 – Report # 26-047 – 12:34 p.m. Occurred on February 19, 2026, between 12:34 p.m. and 1:04 p.m. CHECK THE WELFARE-CLARK HALL. The UMSL Police were called to check on a student who was recently involved in a vehicle accident and was upset with the insurance company. The student was located and was doing fine. Disposition: Closed.
February 19, 2026 – Report # 26-048 – 2:53 p.m. Occurred on February 19, 2026, between 2:53 p.m. and 3:21 p.m. SICK CASE-MILLENNIUM STUDENT CENTER. A student was sick in the restroom, and the UMSL Police along with an ambulance responded. The student refused any medical assistance on scene and was released to their grandmother. Disposition: Closed.
February 19, 2026 – Report # 26-049 – 3:23 p.m. Occurred on February 19, 2026, between 3:23 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. LOST ARTICLE-LUCAS HALL. A staff member reported that they left their phone in the bathroom and when they went back for it, the phone was gone. Disposition: Inactive.
February 19, 2026 – Report # 26-050 – 7:57 p.m. Occurred on February 19, 2026, between 7:57 p.m. and 8:24 p.m. 911/ELEVATOR ENTRAPMENT-MILLENNIUM STUDENT CENTER. A staff member was stuck on the elevator. The UMSL Police, along with the maintenance worker, responded. When the maintenance worker was unable to get the elevator open, the fire department was called to respond. The fire department was able to safely remove the person from the elevator. There were no injuries, and the elevator was taken out of service by the maintenance department. Disposition: Inactive.
