February 18, 2026 – Report # 26-045 – 4:49 p.m. Occurred on February 18, 2026, between 4:49 p.m. and 5:46 p.m. CHECK THE WELFARE-OAK HALL. A relative arrived at Oak Hall to locate an UMSL student. The student was not answering their new phone and wanted to be sure they were ok. The UMSL Police Department contacted the student and they were fine. Their new phone had not finished being installed. Disposition: Inactive.
