January 2, 2026 - Report # 26-002 – 3:22 p.m. Occurred on January 2, 2026, between 3:22 p.m. and 4:48 p.m. PEACE DISTURBANCE/WARRANT ARREST-KATHY J WEINMAN PARKING LOT. A staff member called to report that a non-affiliated person was creating a disturbance in the parking lot with another family member. The UMSL Police responded and located the person. The disturbance was unfounded; however, the non-affiliated person did have a fugitive warrant out for them from another police agency. The person was arrested for the warrant and transported to the UMSL Police station for processing and later released by the other agency. Disposition: Inactive
