October 30, 2025 – Report # 25-0293 – 11:49 a.m. Occurred on October 30, 2025, between 11:49 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. INFORMATION REPORT/TRESPASSING-TED JONES TRAIL. A staff member reported a tent in the wooded area near the trail. The UMSL Police located the tent and occupants who are homeless and advised them that this is on university property and that tents are not allowed. The subjects agreed to move out of the area. Disposition: Inactive.
October 30, 2025 - Report # 25-0294 – 3:53 p.m. Occurred on October 30, 2025, between 3:53 p.m. and 4:09 p.m. INFORMATIONAL REPORT/ASSIST OTHER AGENCY-8200 NATURAL BRIDGE ROAD. A vehicle struck a power line guide wire going to this property. There was no damage to the pole or building. The UMSL Police responded and determined that the jurisdiction is in Bel-Nor, and no crime occurred. Disposition: Closed
October 30, 2025 - Report # 25-0295 – 10:30 p.m. Occurred on October 30, 2025, between 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. INFORMATIONAL REPORT/IDENTITY THEFT-OAK HALL. A UMSL student reported that an online account was opened using their social security number. There has not been any financial loss, but the account is unknown to the student. The student was advised to contact the credit bureaus to make them aware. Disposition: Active.
