October 10, 2025 - Report # 25-0265 – 2:31 a.m. Occurred between October 9, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. and October 10, 2025, at 2:00 a.m. INFORMATIONAL REPORT/ DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE-UNIVERSITY MEADOWS APARTMENTS. A student reported to the UMSL Police that they were having relationships problems with another student. Each student was allegedly cheating by the other. This matter will be referred to Student Conduct and Title IX. Disposition: Closed.
October 10, 2025 - Report # 25-0266 – 10:01 a.m. Occurred on October 10, 2025, between 10:01 a.m. and 10:34 a.m. FIRE ALARM-WILLIAM CLAY CENTER FOR NANOSCIENCE. A contractor accidentally cut some wires while working causing the fire alarm to sound. The UMSL Police along with the fire department and maintenance responded. There was no fire, and no injuries. Disposition: Inactive.
October 10, 2025 - Report # 25-0267 – 12:33 p.m. Occurred on October 9, 2025, between 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. STEALING FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE-PARKING LOT A. A staff member reported that person(s) unknown stole both of their license plate tabs from their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot. There are no suspects in this incident. Disposition: Active.
October 10, 2025 - Report # 25-268 – 6:18 p.m. Occurred on October 10, 2025, between 6:18 p.m. and 6:39 p.m. PEACE DISTURBANCE-UNIVERSITY MEADOWS APARTMENTS. A UMSL student and another person discovered that they were both involved in a dating relationship with the same person. They decided to confront the other person. While doing so the other person left the area in a vehicle. There was no actual disturbance and peace was restored. This matter will be referred to Student Affairs and Title IX. Disposition: Inactive.
