September 29, 2025 – Report # 25-0248 – 11:27 a.m. Occurred on September 29, 2025, between 11:20 a.m. and 11:47 a.m. TRESPASSING-TOUHILL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER. A staff member reported that a non-affiliated person was using the bathrooms to wash their hair. The UMSL Police responded and located a homeless person who is on the UMSL No-Trespass and has been arrested in the past. This person was again arrested for trespassing and taken to St. Louis County Jail. Warrants for this incident will be applied for at the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Disposition: Cleared by Arrest.
