July 4, 2025 – Report # 25-0179 – 4:39 a.m. Occurred on July 4, 2025, between 4:39 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. FIRE ALARM-WILLIAM CLAY CENTER FOR NANOSCIENCE. The UMSL Police along with the fire department responded to a fire alarm. Upon arrival there was no signs of a fire or smoke. The cause was a duct alarm. There were no evacuations and no injuries. The maintenance personnel were contacted to make the necessary repairs. Disposition: Inactive.
