Dr. Hode brings more than 20 years of experience and education to this role including a doctorate in Organizational Communication, an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution from MU’s School of Law, and a Certificate in Workplace Mediation. She also has over a decade of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as extensive experience working in different cultures.
