beakers To modify and restructure institutional policies and processes to achieve gender equity among STEM and SBS faculty, and cultivate an inclusive workplace climate where women faculty, particularly African American and Hispanic women, and other historically underrepresented groups in STEM and SBS academic professions will thrive.

Strategic initiatives:

  • Review of institutional policies and procedures that affect the academic workplace climate and culture (e.g. hiring, promotion, retention).
  • Campus Climate Survey (expected Spring 2022)
