Community Based Research Projects for 2019

- TIF/CBA - Examined the experiences of residents in the University City community regarding efforts to develop a Community Benefits Agreement with the city government and a real estate developer of a Tax Increment Financed project at the intersection of Olive Blvd. and I-170.
- Consumer Directed Services - Explored the experiences of individuals living with disability who are customers of companies providing consumer directed services rather than an agency-based model of caregiving. The project was done in partnership with Paraquad and delivered a story bank for use in the agency's public relations efforts.
