Spring 2022: To begin this semester, the Writing Center is not holding on-campus hours. We will be working exclusively online. This is subject to change, as needed. You can find our schedule and availability at umsl.mywconline.com.

Make an appointment with a writing consultant and bring your papers, projects, and presentations with you. OR, work on your papers here and have a consultant nearby. Bring your group project to work at the Smartboard or Media:scape tables. Or just come hang out!

Feedback Via Email

Make an online appointment and upload your writing for feedback.  Based on your needs, our consultants will work with your writing and send it back to your email with revision suggestions.   

Live Chat

Make an online appointment and meet live with a writing consultant. Use chat, video and/or audio to talk about your writing, work in real-time with your paper, and end your session with new ideas to move forward.
