Welcome to the home page of the Des Lee Collaborative Vision. Housed at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, the DLCV is a group of individuals, community organization, school systems and local municipalities along with institutions of higher education that link a number of educational, cultural and social service organizations to improve education and create opportunities for underserved populations, as well as improve the overall quality of life throughout the St. Louis area.
