Alpha Phi Omega is a national co-ed service fraternity based on fraternalism and founded on the principles of the Boy Scouts of America. The organization's purpose is to develop leadership, promote friendship and to provide service to humanity.
Colleges Against Cancer is affiliated with the American Cancer Society, works to raise awareness and funds for cancer research and education.
Helping Hands Student Organization provides mentors to assist African American student protégés who are new to the campus, those on academic probation or those who need help adjusting to college life in numerous ways. The mentors provide resource information, offer tutoring, and assist with academic, social, and career issues.
Student Volunteers in Optometry Serving Humanity is a volunteer organization dedicated exclusively to providing vision care to people who are less fortunate and would not otherwise receive such care, in the United States and abroad.
Wellness Advocates Volunteering to Educate Students is comprised of students who work to educate the campus community, especially students, about making healthy lifestyle choices with regard to a variety of issues. This group gives students involved the opportunity to make a difference the health and wellness of fellow students while increasing their own knowledge on health and wellness issues.
