Banner Wars

Millennium Student Center Bridge
Banners will be displayed in the Millennium Student Center Bridge throughout the week of Homecoming. Banners must meet the following requirements to receive participation spirit points and be considered for judging:
- Banner MUST be a Queen Size sheet of any color
- Banner MUST include Homecoming dance date, time and location
- Banner MUST include the name of the organization submitting it
- Banner MUST follow the theme of Homecoming 2012 which is “Here & Now”
Judges will judge the banners on the following criteria:
- Effort
- Creativity
- Tastefulness
- Fulfillment of Banner Requirements
Organizations who successfully complete the banners and meet all the requirements will receive 25 participation spirit points. The top three banners will receive competition spirit points as outlined in the Spirit & Competition Point grid found in the Homecoming Spirit Packet.
